[2.1.6] iPhone 7 / 10.2 - Lomotif is not getting created for selected time length. #1271

Frequency: Every time

Action: 1: Launch the app and login with valid credentials. 2: Tap on "START" and select few images. 3: Add music and proceed to "Create" screen. 4: Change time length from 15 secs to 10 secs. 5: Tap on "Export >> Make Lomotif" button. 6: Skip sharing and navigate "Photos" app. 7: Load the recently exported lomotif. 8: Check if exported lomotif is of 10 secs time length.

Expected result: Lomotif should get created for selected time length.

Actual result: 1: Lomotif is not getting created for selected time length. 2: Video is created of 11 secs instead of selected 10 secs.

@xiuie I can reproduce this issue for build [2.1.6] on iPhone 6 Plus / 10.1.1
