[2.1.6] iPhone 7 / 10.2 - Stickers doesn't get loaded on "Create" screen. #1305

Frequency: Every time

Action: Precondition: User should be logged in. 1: Turn off the internet connection. 2: Launch the app and create lomotif with few images without music. 3: Turn on the internet connection and enable the sticker toggle button. 4: Check if stickers are displayed.

Expected result: Stickers should be displayed when user turn on the internet connection and enable sticker toggle button.

Actual result: Stickers are not displayed when user turn on the internet connection and enable sticker toggle button.

@xiuie I can reproduce this issue for build [2.1.6] on iPhone 6S / 10.2
