[2.1.14] iPhone 6 Plus / 10.1.1 - Following count is getting decreased when user unfollow and again follow the same user. #1474

Frequency: Every Time

Action: 1: Launch the app. 2: Tap on "User" icon and navigate to user's profile. 3: Tap on "Following" and unfollow one user. 4: Tap on same user name(which is unfollowed) and navigate to user profile and follow user again. 5: Tap on "<" option and observe "Following" count. 6: Repeat the step-3 and step-4. 7: Check if following count is getting decreased or not.

Excepted Result: Following count should not get decreased when user unfollow and again follow the same user.

Actual Result: Following count is getting decreased when user unfollow and again follow the same user.

@xiuie I can reproduce this issue for build [2.1.14] on iPhone 5 / 10.2
