Sticker doesn't display properly on Social Media, when filter is other than 'Paris'

Description: When we use filter other than "Paris" and export the lomotif to Social Media as Twitter, the sticker is not played properly.

Device: iPhone 6

Build version: 1.8.6

iOS version: 9.3.1

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch the application
2. Add only 1 image from camera roll
3. Add any music.
4. Go to Create screen.
5. Add filter other than 'Paris', for example, Richie Rich
6. Add any sticker
7. Make the video.
8. Export your video to Social Media like Twitter
9. Check the video on Twitter account

Actual result: The sticker is not playing properly, it hangs in between http://screencast.com/t/0SoFx2pXS

Expected Result: The Sticker should work and play properly

@pallavipillai Sorry. Can you clarify what's wrong with the sticker? Do you mean that the animation is slowed down? How does it look in your camera roll?

@xiuie I don't exactly understand the problem. @pallavipillai What exactly happens, does it slow down video?

@hiteshbheda - The video plays properly and doesn't slow down, The issue is with the sticker movement. The sticker doesn't move smoothly, it hangs. It happens when the video is exported to Social media as Twitter, it doesn't happen in lomotif application.
