transport-obfuscation feature #218

I try connect teamgram-server with grammers, it does not work. It seems teamgram-server using transport-obfuscation feature loads to fail handshake. I am an newbie for mtproto, I hope transport-obfuscation feature is added to grammers. Thanks

I have no desire to maintain obfuscated transports, so it's unlikely they'll be added to grammers.
