Add Portuguese (pt_PT) translation #273

Thanks, I wonder how much the Brazilian version differs from this.

Well, a few years ago Portugal and Brazil signed an orthographic agreement to try to normalize both languages, however that does not mean they are equal and in reality they are quite different specially in expressions and long sentences. That said, off course we have quite a few similarities :)

Out of curiosity, for this particular case, from the 159 translatable strings , 28 are translated in the exact same manner, which amounts to an 18% overlap. If I strictly adhere to the orthographic agreement rules (just noticed that I missed it for 1 word) then the overlap increases to 21% (5 more sentences).

I do not think there is a easy way of identifying this before I do a translation, but if there was/is it could have saved me 1/5 of my time by translating only the different ones :-D
