Kubernetes Manifest used for EKS-Cluster Deployment #9

Hi,

@LondheShubham153 @AnupamRoy2191 @Husanbajwa @DevMadhup I have added configmap yml which helps mysql pod to automatically create the database as well as the table. I have updated the README with appropriate steps to install eks,kubectl and apply manifests for EKS cluster.

Modified Namespace with value "two-tier-ns"
