Sublime Text 4 Windows 10 Recursion Error #3

After installing Razor C# Syntax I get an error:

Error loading syntax file "Packages/Razor C# Syntax/Razor C#.sublime-syntax": Apparent recursion within a with_prototype action: 25000 context sanity limit hit.

I tried to find out if there was any conflicts with other syntaxes but can't find any documentation about it.

What version of Sublime Text are you using? I know earlier versions of ST4 had that issue, but it was resolved in version 4075.
