Feature Request: add Attack and Defense columns to UnitPromotions_UnitCombatMods

UnitPromotions_Domains and UnitPromotions_UnitClasses both have Attack and Defense columns, but there's no way to give a pure attack or defense bonus against a UnitCombat. Anti-Submarine promotions have to rely on the UnitPromotions_UnitClasses, listing every submarine class in the game. In UnitPromotions_UnitCombatMods it would just be one row instead of 2 (and soon to be 3 with ENW) rows.

My mod is waiting for this (attack bonus against every ranged ship).
