Seems to be fixed now.

4. Describe the Issue CTD upon the game processing start of turn for a specific AI controlled city. Upon removal of the whole city, the game continues functioning as normal. Removal of the Civ's UB from the city does not prevent the crash

8. Steps to reproduce the Issue (Optional)
Exact circumstances surrounding the crash unknown. All that is known is that it is 100% the specific city/a building in that city. Will always crash during the turn if the city is there, will always continue as normal if the city is gone.
