Power plant flavors seem to be a bit off since the Tidal Plant addition. This may have been fixed in a more recent version.

Solar plant is flavored twice, and tidal plant is missing. Additionally, hydro plant lost its naval yields and is instead purely land bonuses, which tidal was supposed to take over for. I suggest that they be changed to the following:
