Dutch ship was sticking inside Hong Kong every time they were capturing it.
When Hong Kong was in my hands, it was showing attack enemy option but never able to use it as enemy was right inside it.
When Honk Kong returned to City State type, ship was still staying inside it, yet not affected by damage inflicted to city, as, of course, she belongs to Dutch and not to City State.
Therefore i had no option to kill this ship at all, unless i made peace, so the damn ship of abusers retreated.
Just in case — this is not graphical glitch.
