For Polynesia, units purchased with Authority--despite being melee units--cannot build fishing ships. Normal melee and gunpowder units work fine.

b954094dbca5bfb802f3dcb89175915b For some reason UNITCLASS_FCOMPANY and the other two are not in here, even though they should be based on the file load order. @azum4roll ?

Now also includes Battering Ram (+Ski Infantry and Pracinha), however nonsense that sounds...
