Game hangs when winning in the trade screen #11103

4. Describe the Issue

When you are in the trade screen with a civ, and that civ offers capitulation, and accepting the trade means you win the game by domination, the game hangs. The only way to exit the trade screen is by pressing ESC, and the game just freezes with the Windows blue circle of death (Windows wait cursor).

The game summary screen never displays and the game just stays frozen until you kill it.
