Los Angeles does not recognize marble near the city and does not allow construction of stone works. The resource is in the city's tile. ______________________________________________________________________________________ _5. Save Game From 1 Turn Before (ALWAYS ATTACH THIS IF POSSIBLE)_

Are you sure you didn't claim the tile from another city?

@azum4roll Now that you mention it, I remembered that I enabled four city rings. Los Angeles was created on the fourth ring of Chicago which probably already had stone works.
