Comments, didn't address everything
Workshop: If you can't build Stoneworks then Workshop is still it. We could update to mention (or remove restrictions from Stoneworks ;) Harbour EUI tooltip: This is because the code is actually for "Sea tiles", which are coast+ocean. For some reason this says Ocean in the tooltip. Dunno how you fix EUI. The reason this exists is because you can also use Terrain tables to have only Coast or only Ocean separately (e.g. in my version of Marina building). Settler/Pioneer/Colonist: We should just list the buildings in the Strategy text. I can do that. Isibaya: I think this is because if, somehow, you get a Zulu Great General replacement, you can build the Isibaya, even if you are Egypt. Wonder Policies: Probably we should have a policy (haha) of writing in the help text what the number is. Same as Mountains, Rivers, Coast, etc. Scout etc.: yes we should mention increased base sight in help text for these units as well. Concept text: can check Corporations tooltip: yes we could at least show the [ICON_RES_X] icons here Well: It says exclusive with Nilometer, but perhaps Nilometer is not set to exclusive with Well (i.e. order matters), seems like an oversight

We should reduce the length of help texts, not making them longer! We should put more trust on the top part of the tooltip than the help text itself, as people tend to forget to update help texts.
well says it's exclusive with water mill but since egype has a water mill ub, you can actually build both without issues. I'm not sure what's supposed to happen here but worth mention I guess.
That's a 4UC bug. You aren't supposed to be able to build both. I don't know what currently happens if you conquer a city with well when your civ blocks it though. Someone try it with (non-4UC) Aztecs?
The "Blocked" filter is from the Filters in Trade Route Overview mod integrated into VP. It shows the potential trade routes blocked by the VP rule of "only one international trade route allowed for each destination city", which Venice bypasses.
old faith could probably mention(at least in its encyclopedia page) that why you lose all movement entering it and cant heal there, same for other natural wonder if they are the same.
I don't think either is true.
scout could mention it has 1 more base sight than path finders.(well judging from the style I guess "additional sight" would work). pioneer and colonists have the exact same description despite the latter one grant more free buildings and 1 more pop. Should at least use different description.
Help/strategy texts for non-unique units are generally outdated.
add this icon to bronze working displaying that you start to gain production chopping trees, it's currently only displayed as text when you hover on the tech bar, hardly noticeable(at least it has caused me and another guy in discord trouble)
The icon exists. The tech panel cannot be expanded to show all icons. You can probably see it when playing as Celts.

For blocked trade routes: I guess at least we could explain that in the wiki? Like, I just naturally searched "trade route" at the moment and it isn't mentioned there.
latest ver 4.16 this is stoneworks in vp
blocked isnt explained anywhere, like it's in the trade route AVAILABLE tab but it's blocked but I've no idea what is blocking it. There's no info when you hover the blocked filter or the exclamation mark.
inconsistency, same for harbor

if I'm not wrong these civ exclusive tiles bonus are not supposed to be displayed when you play other civs, but I see ordos and isabayas in the tree playing as egypt(ignore this if I'm wrong)
if possible make the text more conspicuous as a whole when you dont have enough policies. It's a new mechanic in vp and I believe that would make new players assimlate better, it's frustrating when you plan ahead to rush some wonder only to find you don't have enough policies, same for those one with population limit.

world congress should be yellow since it has edited descs, same for espinage after the rework last year.

I think we could at least show which resource we need to build each of these corporations. It's really not very new player friendly when you need to read every entry thats newly introduced in vp.
another issue which could probaly still happen in the 4uc ver. well says it's exclusive with water mill but since egype has a water mill ub, you can actually build both without issues. I'm not sure what's supposed to happen here but worth mention I guess.
