CTD On Loading Custom Scenario #11326

The game always crashes when trying to load a custom scenario. Can easily be reproduced by loading Play The World Extended (Brave New World Edition) as a scenario. image

Note that the map still works normally (and without crashing) with random spawns.

Good luck. My ticket was open in June and nothing. Would be nice to be able to load scenarios again

The ticket you opened was more or less immediately dismissed on read because it was perceived to be a worldbuilder issue that was not able to be fixed because no wb source was available (this is not speculation but directly what I was told on discord developer channels).

Opened this one to avoid such an issue and describe only problems in the mod itself; I'm also hoping whichever of the few contributors to the 3.8 release that broke this functionality will be able to correct their mistake.
