Repository merge problems #3652

The path Community-Patch-DLL/Community Balance Patch/Core Files/Core Changes/... has messed up somehow, there are many duplicate, matryoshka folders, and it's preventing me from cloning the repository.

Yeah that’s part of the merge conundrum I’m dealing with. I’ll hsve to fix it later though.
