AI Still Declaring War on Vassals #4732

1. Mod version (i.e Date - 4/23): 9-15

2. Mod list (if using Vox Populi only, leave blank): capture

3. Error description: Germany declared war on my vassal Russia. They peaced a turn after.

That's the least amount of information. How? Through a diplo popup?

No special situation from what I can see. Germany (my friend) hates my vassal Russia and declared war on them. Then they signed a peace treaty right after. It's the same as last patch.

Vassals and city states are following me to war when I declare so that seems fixed.

I saw the same in my game yesterday, but it was only a few turns, cause GlobalLiberation was in progress. In my game: One AI declared war on vassal's of another AI... Master wasn't in war. If I will see this again in that game, I will post more info.

Edited: It was without hotfix, so maybe my yesterday problem already solved.

Been playing with hotfix and it seems to be fixed.

Edit: AI declaring war on my vassals and peacing out again.
