3. Error description: When playing wide, acquire most of luxuries, excluding some - brazilwood, indonesian, CS luxuries. In some cases there are even some tradable luxuries left, and I get message WLKD in city is over and Your city needs a resource not yet discovered. Then some turns later when you lose access to luxury( a trade deal is over, or you lose an alliance with CS) I get renewed message that my city or cities (could be any number) all need those concrete resources

In current game AI's had tobacco, olives, coffee, cotton and brasilwood and 5 of my cities wanted "Resource not yet discovered" and when Polynesia (which had silk) declared war - all of them demanded silk
