4. Describe the Issue

When select Shushan, I cannot select the oasis tile to work. This tile is not in range of any other city, so its not that its been blocked.

5. Save Game From 1 Turn Before (ALWAYS ATTACH THIS IF POSSIBLE)

Update: A few turns later I was able to select the oasis, perhaps there is some kind of refresh error going on after Beijing was taken. So the AI thought the land was still China's?

If you still have the save (and the old version to load it), can you try without ICV?
