Enhancment: MFA support #13

Support for MFA would be another essential feature. Integration could be done with passlib as well, using its TOTP capabilities.

I'm not familiar with the tech, but this should be achievable. I'll have a proper look at the passlib.totp docs in the near future, thanks.
