Control LED strips from Raspberry Pi #11

We will be controlling the LED strips from a Raspberry Pi. We will need to control them from a program (written in Python, as much as I hate it). NeoPixels on Raspberry Pi

I've done something like this before: it opens an image file and considered each line a 'frame.'

As of now the bot isn't complete and we will have very little time to work on it during build season so this is delayed. We would also need to find places on the bot to put the LEDs.
