Write SampleFileSource for file system #1

DataSuper integration is on hold so we will start with a SampleFileSource that uses the file system to infer what samples and tool result types are available.

It will infer the Sample Group and Sample names from the file names
It will randomly generate UUIDs rather than relying on DataSuper to supply these

@dcdanko what is the standard name format(s) used for these? I thought this had been sent via Messages at some point but I can’t find it.
