When contacting support about it not working, "Joney" said " I am really sorry about it." and stop answering afterwards.

I am leaving them bad reviews everywhere until seeedstudio and other resellers stop taking their products.

Shame on you wasting people time and money.

I guess they don't have Quality Assurance, if some works and some not. They even admit that in their docs:
