situation is resolved by simply clicking and dragging any other course

maybe save this bug for some of the new onboarded developers to work on

This issue does not happen to me but it happens to others. Someone using prod showed me this issue (which I thought was fixed some time ago) but it apparently still exists in some cases (not sure if it was a specific browser thing but they were using Chrome)
