This states a life is 3,000,000 dollars.

Using dollars may be more resonant to the audience.

@pawn002 I saw another report where researcher estimated that on average, those who have died from COVID-19 would have lived for at least another 10 years. Could be an interesting perspective to merge these two ideas.
