What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to: http://code.google.com/p/scim-avro/downloads/list
2. download scim-avro_0.0.2-1ubuntu9.10_i386.deb
3. execute the .deb file and try to install

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the .deb file should install normally. instead, the installation stops with a 
warning dialog.... screenshot attached

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
trying to install: v0.0.2 
Operating System: Linux Ubuntu 11.04 Natty Narwhal

Known bug of Natty. Go with 
sudo dpkg -i scim*.deb
