Atmospheric sounds volume and frequency configurable through keeperfx.cfg #79

Configurable by the ATMOS_VOLUME and ATMOS_FREQUENCY lines in keeperfx.cfg. Can be set to 'LOW', 'MEDIUM' and 'HIGH', where medium is default value.

The settings that used to accept ON/OFF, TRUE/FALSE and ENABLED/DISABLED, now also accept YES/NO
