Fully removed the 'FearNoFleeFactor', fixes #16. This includes the references in custom campaigns.
Introduced a 'FearsomeFactor', that says how much more fearsome creatures really are than you would think if you'd just look at their melee damage and health.
Reintroduced the 'FearStronger' values from the official branch. This makes units scared off units which do much more melee damage than they do.
Used projected melee damage in fear calculation instead of actual damage calculations to average out luck-damage
Tweaked the value of a few units because of the FearsomeFactor
