Random acceleration when running OBR stack #21

Problem: Car will randomly accelerate especially when it sees corners so it overshoots, this is less visible with the current dynamic settings of the car but it is a problem possibly with the CarControl and how it is applying the steering or acceleration torque commands.

Bug is present without OBRA stack. Possibily when handling multiple steering and acceleration inputs? Not sure.
