When Talbuk Tagger is used on a talbuk at 20% or below, the current target goes to sleep but all other talbuks become unattackable. Because of this, you have to wait until the sleep wears off to be able to attack talbuks again.

The tagger doesn't only make the targeted creature unattackable, but also every other creature that's currently aggroed to you.
