Talent Seal Fate doesnt work with Shiv ability, no additional combo point after crit. Its works correctly on your 2.4.3 server, so pls fix it so fast as you can :3 Its ruining mutilate build :(

I can confirm that Shiv does not proc Seal Fate on critical strikes. 5938 is a dummy spell that triggers spell 5940.

I was unable to find a solution
