You can spellsteal Nuramoc's Prismatic Shield (Which you are suppose to ) but the buff doesnt have a duration, and spellstolen effects are suppose to last 2 minutes.
It only does around 270 dmg to people hitting you with it, but stil not suppose to happen

For any mages out there feeling like having some fun: this guy's Prismatic Shield currently does HUGE amounts of damage when spellstolen.
For me with about 8.8k spell dmg it hit mobs for around 14.5k arcane damage. Only lasts two minutes though.
