Charge Stun Effect - Delay #2071

When you charging enemy player while he running away from you, you will run exactly to the point where he was standing when you pressed the skill. While you running to this point, he steps away so you cant use for example Hamstring because he is too far from you, but he stills get micro stun with Charge.

There should even be a delay to the stun effect making charging even harder to time.

General Problem: Spell Aura Apply Delay for certain Spells.

From what i have found out, it might be crucial to implement a internal delay for these charging spells, as otherwise the animation is not played right. ( Related to NPCs ) Nethertheless, Player Charge should have a delay to its Stun Spell Component too.
