Smitepriest proccs #3546

The "Surge of Light" skill that proccs on crits and gives you a free insta cast smite that is supposed to be unable to crit is broken, the free insta cast smite actually crits and can procc another free smite and it can chain indefinatly with good rng, so far i have had 3 crits and proccs in a row resulting in 5k dmg in 3 seconds on a single target (excluding dots and other things) i know its a minor bug in the big picture but i feel like a cheater when it happens and i want to be competetive without bugs helping me out :)

It still crits for me, had another incident today where i got 4 proccs in a row off the free smites
