Vile Slime - Reduces damage and healing by 50% and does 500 nature damage every 3 seconds for 20 seconds. Untauntable.
Currently hits for ~10k nature dmg

Dunno if source is creditable, but on other websites like wowhead it's always stated that it can be easly tanked without NR gear.

its on the right side after killing 2 packs, (2x shadowmoon champion and 2x reaver and the shadowmoon houndmaster).
on the 2nd 2x shadowmoon champion and 2x shadowmoon reaver pack, 1 shadowmoon champion is connected to the group and doesn't come on pull
