7 years ago i think he can be seen alive, as taking quests from ghosts is not supported atm.
Questgiver Franclorn Forgewright as a ghost will have quest seen and NPC is interactable. But when clicking "accept" on quest, window will close and not have quest appear in quest log.
Reasons, I need my shadowforge key to get repair bot schematic and use them so I'll be somewhat useful in group, cause my DPS is shite! haha, tyvm!
