Nobody wants to lookup Data in DBC and it is susceptible to mistakes if done.
Cleanup SpellMgr.cpp:
Add missing breaks, which should fix certain spells. (Review)
Remove Magic DurationIndex Numbers
Sort "Only DurationIndex" Adjustments
Add Tabs
Fix "gone wrong" 1.1sec Worgen Spite Adjustment, it was 4.5sec which
made it proc even without the buff on the player after (10sec buff), still
dont know how this works (temp enchant / periodic proc on player?)
Dont mind SWP Go Commit, was commited to local master branch.
