Feral Druid T4 (2) Bonus #3873

Could it be, that the bonus is not working or the chance is too low?

I tried it for 10 minutes in Bear and for 10 minutes in Cat and not a single proc in either form.

should work - played allready as feral

Tried it in a duel before. Against normal mobs it works fine
