I've also saw a "hill" on another route... actually it was a big spike, a single elevation point that was about 60m higher than the others around it(but not appears in msts). Maybe it's the same problem.

What can be seen here does not seem a single elevation point, that shows up as a tall pyramid. Maybe it is a problem of transition between two tiles.

This does look like a terrain issue at a tile boundary. I also notice you have Distant Mountains turned on; since they affect terrain processing, can you check if this also occurs with them turned off?
The cab switching to night view is almost certainly it switching to 'tunnel' mode because the train cab is "under" the strange terrain deformation.

Unfortunately, the hill still appears even with distant mountains turned off.

Does the problem still happen with version 1.4?

This a corruption in the route not a bug in OR
Imported from https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1182276
On the CN Blackfoot/Vegreville v2 route by Ted Kocyla and Rory Rice, at the east end of Vermillion Yard there is a small hill in Open Rails X.1605. This hill isn't present in MSTS and is only visible when looking east out of Vermillion Yard. Also, when passing the hill the cabview switches to night mode.
