Are you sure this log-file is complete? There is no 'crash' at the end! Is anything shown in the command-window?

Could you please run the attached pathed version? It prints additional info in the log-file which might help to locate the problem.

Thanks - things are getting clearer. The problem lies with tracknode 1484 - there was allready a TDB warning on that. Could you please send the TDB-file so I can have a look at what is wrong with this node? Thanks.

A rarity - and a nightmare. It is something well beyond OR's logic - everything is based on 2 pins. To change that is well and truly beyond the boundaries of reality - I can't even begin to imagine all the complications that would bring. Only thing I can think of is to split it into two separate nodes, but it would need quite a bit of additional programming. It is possible to make a change to avoid the crash, but the switch would not work - well, only for two out of the three routes anyway.

Hi Rob, I suspected where the 3-way switch was - and it was there, at the entrance of a ferry (see picture Ferry_ORTS.jpg) in Messina, where ferries link Sicily with the continent. I went a bit further, and tried to create with the AE an activity where the shunting engine enters - one after the other - into all three tracks managed by the switch. Then I run it on MSTS and - miracle - it worked! In picture Ferry_MSTS.jpg you see the shunting engine in central track at end of activity. MSTS often shows us that it was no trivial program at all! I won't be so unhappy if you decide not to implement the whole functionality of such switches in ORTS (maybe others will - I have no idea about what other MSTS routes use such switches), but pls. avoid the crash. And a night when you have nothing to do (I think this will not happen so early) maybe you will implement full management of such a switch.
By the way, the route is very old but however very nice. There is another ferry near the one with the three-way switch, and I implemented an activity to unload/load a train (divided in parts) from such ferry.

Fix committed in V1424 - solves the crash, but not the working of the 3-way switch.

If I understood it correctly, 2 of the 3 ways of the switch should work corrctly. Instead, When the 3-way switch should be shown on the F8 window because the train approaches it, I get a crash. See attached image. Error is not shown in the log file.

Next fix is on it's way, will be included next time I commit (not yet in version 1433, but later).

I get a crash just at startup of activities and also of "explore route" sessions in Italian route Sicilia_1. Route loaded with x1390. Logfile attached.
