I'm not sure what you mean by 'come up as "UKNOWN"' Where do you see this?

Hi Wayne,
It shows "Unknown" under player-operated unit and consist when selecting an activity using one of the electric units. For example, when selecting an activity using the Class 47, it will show Player Unit "Class 47" and Consist "Class 47, MII Rake". When selecting an activity using an electric unit like the Class 86 on Great Eastern, it shows Player Unit "Unknown", Consist "N/A".
Sorry I'm not explaining this well, I'll take a screenshot when I get home from work.
Thanks again! Jesse

Sorry about the wait. I've attached screens showing what I mean. I also noticed one of the LSE Activities involving the Class 33 fails to recognize the unit as well.
Taking a second look, it seems as if Open Rails fails to recognize the two routes as being electrified... when clicking Explore Route for either of the MT routes, no electric motive power is available; when selecting an electrified route like the NEC, the units show in the list of available units.

We have reworked the menu system a great deal a few months ago - moving from the graphical menu to a simpler windows style. Would you mind verifying that the new version of our menu still has the problem. You can get the new version by downloading the latest experimental release at http://www.openrails.org/experimental.html. Expand it into a separate directory so you don't overwrite you previous version.
Give it a try and let me know if you still have this problem.
Thanks.

Looks like that solved the problem Wayne! Thanks for your help and I appreciate all the hard work you guys put into this project! I was pretty bummed when I bought my Windows 7 computer and couldn't use my Raildriver with MSTS anymore, but Open Rails saved it from gathering dust, haha.
Thanks again!
Jesse

Thanks -
PS - don't be offended by the 'Invalid' status. Its just what the system uses to indicate a submission that doesn't need to be worked on.

Hello,
I'm trying to run some activities in London & South East and Great Eastern and have found that only the Class 47, 31, 150, 37, 201, 207, 205, and 33 are recognized as driveable units; all activities involving an electric unit being driven come up as "UNKNOWN".
I'd appreciate any help.
Thank you!
Jesse
