The file name at trainsim.com is wp282s.zip and it is a steam loco created for MSTS by Derek Miller in 2012. Here is the link to that file:- http://www.trainsim.com/vbts/tslib.php?searchid=2651658

Everything works beautifully in Open Rails. However there is a graphic anomaly in that the engineer and fireman are sitting at the forward end of the loco, each one on either side of the smoke-box! :)
