I think that's not a OpenRails bug, rather with the installation of MSTS or/and your route install. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Games\Train Simulator" is not the best idea 'cause there are restrictions in Windows10 on "c:\Program files...". The problems in your log file only affect missing or incorrect MSTS/route data, not Open Rails.

Try to reinstall original MSTS and the route for example in "C:\MSTS\" or "E:\Train Simulator\" or search for help in a forum for installing MSTS/OpenRails on Windows 10, maybe http://www.trainsim.com

The log file shows many installation problems. The crash is not caused by an OR bug.
