An older version (1.5.1) was checked in the same system and HW and it is loading OK.

Hi, I see that X3892 2017-07-06 09:58:10 was the last 32 bits compilation for Contrib.TimetableEditor.exe file. Since X3899 2017-07-14 16:58:12, it was a 64 bits file compilation. I'm sure someone will fix it.
Regards, Mauricio

Confirmed that X3892 Timetable Editor runs fine and X3899's doesn't. It seems that simply recompiling as a 32 bit application will fix the problem.

Since X3899 the Contrib.TimetableEditor.exe files were compiled with lazarus 1.6.4.0, perhaps with the 64-bit version of the lazarus IDE.
From the Lazarus website:
"Add-On to create and debug 32-bit Windows applications: lazarus-1.6.4-fpc-3.0.0-cross-i386-win32-win64.exe This file can be installed as an add-on to the 64-bit lazarus IDE (Windows 64-bit systems only), if you want to develop 32-bit Windows as well. "
Once this add-on is installed, the project options must be configured to: .Target operating system: Win32 .CPU target: i386
I hope it's useful.

Maybe it should be considered replacing the version in the package for the old X3892 one until a new Win32 compiled version is available. I don't know the bugs the newer version addresses but I think that not running at all is more serious.

Washington

I'm sorry but Windows XP is years out of support and it is not reasonable to expect anyone to continue supporting it, especially not small, volunteer-driven open source projects like Open Rails.
