Your file OpenRailsLog.txt shows lots of missing files reported. The problem that stopped Open Rails in this case was a problem with the sound.

What did you change 3-4 days ago? If the activities fail, can you still explore the route? Do any of your activites work? If you have MSTS, do any of those activities work?

Use the latest experimental version of OR instead of the 1.2 stable version. This could solve your problem.
