Since release 3805 the manual
- does mention the control "% external sound heard internally"
- has an updated image about sound options.

Also the tooltip shows the range as 0-100, but the control only allows 10-100. The sound can however be silenced by setting the control "Sound detail level" to 0.
The manual does not explain what "Sound detail level" means.
