[Bug] Rework and expose the search page #978

What happened?

The search interface (/search) is terrible, not exposed to the user, very slow, and doesn't support many of the indexes.

Also, we should be allowed upload a file / favicon to search in the DB.

If the issue is related to the web interface, what browsers are you seeing the problem on?
