Nightscout and non-443 port #1229

When adding nightscout, if the URI is not like https://fqdn.domain but has a port number in it like https://fqdn.domain:12345 it will fail to add with a 404 error. This is the current release and it did used to work prior to May'ish at least before the Omnipod testing branch started(no longer using that)
